Abstract:

The VA mycorrhizal fungus glomus clarum has the ability to colonize on the root system of muskmelon. The mycorrhizal plants grew faster, and flowered earlier more than 7 days, the mycorrhizal muskmelon seedlings were used in plastic net house and PE sheet tunnel cultivation. The net incomes increased up to about NT 22,700 dollars per 0.1 ha. for plastic net house cultivation, while about NT 16,300 dollars for PE plastic sheet tunnel cultivation.
